Sales Summary

The role of a sales rep is to work with potential customers to try and close a deal. The word “try” is important because it’s not normal to close a deal after one attempt - unless you’re the type of person who keeps four-leaf clovers in their back pocket. It can take a while for the customer to understand how much they need the product. Sales reps are extremely patient too. A lengthy sales cycle tests their ability to remain optimistic.
